RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All items may be returned for an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY and must be returned within 5 business days of receipt. 

The returned item(s) must be unused and in the same condition it was shipped.  We DO NOT reimburse shipping fees, unless there was an error made by Bark Place Boutique. 

If you would like to exchange your item, please include the way you would like to pay for the exchanged item to be shipped.  All sale and perishable items are final.

BACKORDERED ITEMS

Most Bark Place Boutique items are in stock and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order.  Please allow a 14-business day delivery time for any out-of-stock item(s).
